Litti Chokha

This food dish can be consumed in the morning for breakfast or in the afternoon for lunch as an alternate dish because this food dish is really top-notch and providing enough protein too, as lentils are included in this food dish, and it is served on the streets, commonly found in villages too, and can be prepared with very few spices and can offer an original taste from the inclusion of flavors found naturally. This dish has to be consumed hot and should never be served cold, making it an appropriate fit.

Thekua

Thekua is a fried biscuit made of wheat flour and jaggery. The recipe is prepared on the occasion of Chhath Puja, which falls at the end of the summer season or the beginning of the rainy season. To prepare the recipe of Thekua, wheat flour, jaggery, along with ghee and fennel seeds, etc., is used and then knead and fry the items in the oil, and finally store the recipe after cooling the items. The recipe of Thekua is normally distributed as a prasad item. The recipe is crispy and sweet, and can be stored for a long period of time. Kids enjoy the crispy fried recipe as a biscuit dish. Rugda

Chana Ghughni
